Highest IQ in the World – Are IQ Rankings Reliable?

I've been looking into the question of who has the highest IQ in the world, and the topic is more complicated than most online rankings suggest.



Marilyn vos Savant's reported IQ of 228 is one of the most famous historical examples, but Guinness later retired its highest-IQ category because extreme scores were difficult to compare reliably.

It raises an interesting question: should we rank intelligence purely by IQ?
