I’m considering the ISC2 CCSP certification because I’m interested in moving toward cloud security. Cloud environments have different security challenges compared with traditional infrastructure, so I want to build a better understanding of areas such as cloud architecture, access control, data protection, application security, and security operations.
I’m also trying to understand whether CCSP is suitable for someone who already has basic IT or cybersecurity knowledge but wants to specialize in cloud security. I’d like to hear about the exam difficulty, preparation requirements, study time, and the practical value of the certification.
My preparation plan includes reviewing official ISC2 resources, studying the exam objectives, working through real-world scenarios, and using practice questions for revision.
