What Could Michigan’s New Supercomputing Facility Mean for Research?

The University of Michigan’s planned research computing facility is an interesting development for anyone following artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.

U-M has selected a Textile Road site in Ypsilanti Township for the facility. The project is expected to involve approximately $1.25 billion in investment and includes collaboration with Los Alamos National Laboratory.
